Unlocking your phone for applications
 

If you are viewing this page, it means that you were unable to install a cab file. This is probably because your phone is locked for applications, which is the default status on several smartphones.

This section tells you how to remove this restriction

 

            1) Download Regedit by clicking on:
http://www.navizon.com/downloads/regeditSTG.zip
and copy the exe on the device.

            2) Launch it and change the policies as follows:
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MAC...\Security\Policies\Policies\
Click "Values" soft-key,

Here is what you should see on your mobile device screen:

Click on "00001001", and change "00001001" value to 1 (decimal) (recovery note: default is 2),
you see:

Then, click soft-key Done.

Similarly, change "00001005" value to 40 (decimal) (recovery note: default is 16)

            3) Reboot your device.

            4) Resume the installation of Navizon.
 

9. You can also use other Navizon features such as Local Search, Geotags, and Buddy Tracker...
Note: you need to have internet access on your mobile to use these features.
